Società Acquedotti Tirreni S.p.A. has been operating in the construction sector since 1917, the year in which construction of the aqueduct for the city of La Spezia began. Thanks to major collaborations and the work of specialised staff, the company is able to resolve any specific problems which may arise in projects, both in industrial and residential construction. We operate in the field of regeneration of existing assets and in that of new constructions, with attention to detail and the use of high-quality materials.

Civil and Industrial Construction

We operate in the construction of industrial and residential housing complexes, building “turnkey" warehouses of various sizes for different intended uses, residential buildings, various types of villas and office buildings: we take care of the design, masonry, finishes, systems, doors and windows. Thanks to highly qualified technical staff, the company is able to certify all types of systems.

Construction in the integrated water service

We carry out the design and installation of plants for the collection and purification of water and distribution networks, including the supply and installation of pipes, wells, lifting systems, reservoirs (underground or overhead) and transformation cabins. In recent years, we have also built numerous fire-fighting systems, some of which are in very complex contexts, such as military installations.
