SOCIETÀ ACQUEDOTTI TIRRENI S.p.A. has been operating in the aqueduct sector for more than 100 years, specialising in the design, construction and management of aqueducts and services for integrated water services. SAT carries out hydraulic works and industrial and residential building works in the public and private sectors, mainly in Liguria and Tuscany.

Thanks to its extensive experience, combined with an ability to evolve and renew itself, Società Acquedotti Tirreni takes part in European research and development projects aimed at improving efficiency in the management of aqueducts, pursuing innovative methods to detect and locate leaks and increase the safety of its infrastructure.

After finishing the WISDOM project in February 2017, it’s now the Italian Pilot of the FitOptiVIs European Project.

Società Acquedotti Tirreni has its own technical and administrative organisation capable of providing expert service in the field of research, collection and distribution of drinking water, as well as for industrial and residential construction works.
